The ePrivacy KB currently consists of:

• Policies — a selection of online privacy policies.
  
  
• Laws — a selection of privacy laws (e.g., federal and state statutes, rules and regulations, proposed legislation) with an emphasis on (but not limited to) laws that apply to electronically stored information (aka "ESI").
  
  
• Cases — a selection of publicly-available materials from ePrivacy cases and investigations, e.g., reported decisions, legal briefs etc. from cases involving privacy rights and obligations as they apply to ESI.
  
  
• Articles — a selection of other publicly-available ePrivacy materials, e.g., articles and blog posts, proposed industry privacy rules and similar resources.

The collection is currently quite modest, given the early stage of the project, but will grow over time. Your comments and suggestions are welcome; and if you're interested in participating in this project, please drop me a line.
